In 2023, I wrapped up my full-time engagement but was later invited back to help Trilogy navigate the significant Support at Home reforms. I’ve since continued to support and evolve their internal systems, enhancing the Portal to meet new compliance, operational, and user experience needs in a rapidly changing aged care landscape

Our platform enabled partner countries to register and manage candidate profiles, facilitate job matching with Australian employers, and streamline the collection of documentation required for successful visa applications. The system played a critical role in supporting ethical, large-scale labour mobility while ensuring compliance with immigration and employment standards.

This system was vital to Australia’s workforce resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the continued supply of essential seasonal and agricultural labour when international mobility was heavily restricted

🏢 Co-Working Space Founder: In 2016, I co-founded a co-working space designed to support local tech talent and startups. It became a collaborative hub for developers, designers, and entrepreneurs—nurturing a culture of learning, growth, and shared ambition.

👨‍🏫 Programming Mentor: I’ve mentored dozens of aspiring developers, offering hands-on guidance in PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks. Some of my mentees have gone on to build impressive careers of their own—something I’m deeply proud of.
